Orders require a minimum preparation time of 4 hours. Delivery is available within our defined local delivery area in Paris and Île-de-France. Available delivery time slots are shown during the ordering process. Delivery fees are calculated according to the delivery zone and are displayed to the customer before payment. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the selected delivery time. 🌸

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, returns are not accepted. If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your bouquet, please contact Fleurs D’Amour as soon as possible after delivery, with photos of the bouquet.
