Speed & Coverage: They offer Same-Day delivery across the UAE, as well as an ultra-fast "90-Minute Delivery" option for select items. Next-Day delivery is standard for broader UAE routes.
Shipping Costs: Delivery is free within Dubai for orders above AED 250. Otherwise, delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery Issues: If a delivery fails due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, NJD is not responsible for the delay, and redelivery fees may apply.
Peak Seasons: During high-volume holidays (like Eid, Ramadan, Valentine's Day, or Diwali), product availability and delivery slots may be limited.
Damages: The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery, so any claims regarding product condition should ideally be made immediately upon receipt.
