We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates, including but not limited to: • Ajman (same day delivery available) • Dubai (same day delivery available) • Sharjah (same day delivery available) • Abu Dhabi (next day delivery) • Umm Al Quwain (same day delivery available) • Ras Al Khaimah (same day delivery available) • Fujairah (next day delivery) Delivery availability may vary based on location and time of order. During peak occasions (Valentine’s Day, Eid, Mother’s Day, etc.), delivery times may be affected.
Return Policy
No Return Policy (Perishable Goods) • Flowers and floral arrangements are perishable items and cannot be returned once delivered. • Cakes, chocolates, and edible items are also non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. ⸻ Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive an order that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
