Every Carve Select piece is handcrafted and, in many cases, made to order. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference. If your order arrives damaged or has been affected during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and its packaging. We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution. As each piece is individually handcrafted, subtle variations in colour, texture and finish are part of its unique character and are not considered defects.
