Fiorella provides doorstep delivery for fresh flowers in six cities: New Delhi, Mumbai, Amritsar, Kolkata, Surat, Chandigarh, and Hyderabad, offering various time-slots, same-day delivery (subject to availability), and midnight deliveries for an additional charge. They also offer Pan-India delivery exclusively for their "Forever Roses" (requiring a two-day notice). Deliveries are carefully handled by trained employees using company cars. However, Fiorella notes that if their car cannot reach the delivery address, they are not responsible and will not be able to complete the delivery. While they strive to meet delivery expectations, they advise that unforeseen circumstances like heavy traffic or road construction may occasionally cause delays.
退货政策
Fiorella generally does not accept returns, and an order once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded. Due to their commitment to freshness, if certain flowers or colors for an arrangement are unavailable, they will substitute them with equal-quality alternatives rather than issuing a refund. However, there is one exception regarding their Exotic flower range: if you place an order for exotic flowers (which are imported from Holland) and they turn out to be unavailable, Fiorella will refund the entire amount and offer alternative options for you to choose from.
