At Crafted Bakes, all our creations are thoughtfully made-to-order to ensure quality and attention to detail. We request a minimum of 24–48 hours’ notice for most orders. For highly customized designs, tier cakes, or intricate detailing, a lead time of 3–4 days may be required, depending on the complexity and availability. Delivery time slots are scheduled based on order volume and location. While we always aim for timely delivery, slight delays may occur due to external factors. For urgent or same-day requests, availability can be confirmed based on our schedule.

Since all our products are freshly prepared and made-to-order, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges. While we ensure careful packaging, deliveries are managed by third-party partners, and we cannot take responsibility for any damage during transit.
